Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Fyrestone CRM platform. Please read them — they are written in plain language.

Agreement to These Terms

By creating a Fyrestone account or using the Fyrestone CRM platform at crm.fyrestone.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Fyrestone on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Section 1

The Service

Fyrestone is a web-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform for small businesses. It provides tools for contact management, lead capture, automated follow-up, quoting, invoicing, booking management, task management, and email and SMS communications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible. Fyrestone is not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

To use Fyrestone you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Maintain the security of your password and not share your login credentials.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Fyrestone is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Section 3

Subscription Plans and Free Trial

Plans

Fyrestone offers three plans, as described on the Pricing page:

  • Forever Free: Available at no cost for solo users. Includes core features as listed on the pricing page, with no time limit.
  • Standard: Paid plan at a flat $12.95 per month, billed monthly, including 1 team member.
  • Premium: Paid plan at a flat $22.95 per month, billed monthly, including up to 3 team members.

Plan features are as described on the pricing page at the time of your subscription. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Free Trial

Paid plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically reverts to the Forever Free plan unless you add a payment method to continue the paid subscription. We will notify you before your trial ends.

Section 4

Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, at the flat rate for your plan. By subscribing, you authorise Fyrestone to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fyrestone does not store your full credit or debit card details.
  • Billing occurs on the same day each month from the date your paid subscription begins.
  • Prices shown exclude any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription in your jurisdiction.
  • If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment. Continued non-payment may result in your account being downgraded or suspended.
Section 5

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings — no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts. When you cancel:

  • You retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account moves to the Forever Free plan — your data and account are preserved.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

Section 6

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fyrestone only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or to harass, abuse, or harm any person.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, identity theft, or breach of data protection laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Fyrestone's systems, other user accounts, or any connected network.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in ways not permitted by these Terms.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Section 7

Your Data

Your data belongs to you. The contacts, leads, invoices, notes, and other information you store in Fyrestone remain your property at all times. By using the Service, you grant Fyrestone a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter into the platform (including the data of your own clients and contacts) is collected and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. By storing third-party personal data in Fyrestone, you represent that you have the legal authority or consent to do so.

You can export your data at any time from within your account. For details on how we handle data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

The Fyrestone platform — including its code, design, brand, trademarks, logos, and all content produced by Fyrestone — is the exclusive intellectual property of Fyrestone and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership over Fyrestone's intellectual property.

You retain all intellectual property rights in the content and data you create using the platform. By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Fyrestone a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use those ideas for any purpose without obligation to you.

Section 9

Service Availability

We aim to keep Fyrestone available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance. Fyrestone is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or unavailability of the Service.

Section 10

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Fyrestone does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FYRESTONE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In no event will Fyrestone's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Fyrestone in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation, so it may not apply to you.

Section 12

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fyrestone and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Section 13

Third-Party Services

Fyrestone integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, and SMS providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Fyrestone is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

Links to third-party websites on the Fyrestone marketing site are provided for convenience only. Fyrestone does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any linked third-party websites.

Section 14

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Fyrestone may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued service poses a risk to Fyrestone or other users.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

Section 15

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fyrestone is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without legal proceedings.

Section 16

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
